The agreement
in the background.

By using L1fe Link — as a rider, driver, merchant, or developer — you accept the terms below. Drivers and merchants sign a separate written agreement on top of these; this page is the common baseline.

1. Who's bound

Anyone who creates a L1fe Link account, books or completes a delivery via the platform, or integrates the API. Tenants are bound by both these terms and the tenant-platform agreement.

2. What you're agreeing to

  • Truthful information at signup and at each booking.
  • No reverse-engineering the dispatch engine or the route solver.
  • No automated scraping of driver locations, prices, or supply maps.
  • Payment for completed deliveries (riders + merchants).
  • Compliance with local TNC, food-handling, and DSCSA / FSMA rules applicable to the cargo class you're sending or carrying.
  • Safe operation of the vehicle (drivers) — speed, fatigue, sobriety. See Safety.

3. What we're agreeing to

  • Public status at status.link.l1fe.ai — outages surface in under 60 seconds.
  • Signed proof on every state change (see Trust).
  • No selling of your data to third parties (see Privacy).
  • Insurance during driver-online periods (see Insurance).
  • Refund SLOs published on Help — Concierge can refund up to $75 immediately; above that an ops human reviews within one business day.

4. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts for the reasons listed above. Driver accounts also follow the driver-agreement termination flow. Settled balances remain payable after either party closes the account; the audit chain stays accessible to you for 7 years (the SOC 2 retention window).

5. Dispute resolution

Concierge first. Ops human second. Small-claims venue third — we never compel binding arbitration; you keep the right to litigate in your local court. If there's a dispute about what happened on a specific delivery, the signed audit chain is the source of truth.

6. Changes to these terms

We publish material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. The changelog at /developers/changelog lists every change with the effective date.
