Concierge can update the drop-off if the new address is in the same city as the original. Cross-city changes escalate to ops.

Within 6 hours of the original window: Concierge handles it directly. Beyond 6 hours: Concierge escalates to ops so the routing engine can plan ahead.

I want a refund
Concierge can refund up to $75 immediately. Above $75, an ops human reviews within 1 business day. We never refund delivered orders without proof of issue.
