What's already on for every trip
Then tap SOS in the app. We surface your live location and trip metadata to the dispatcher immediately. No tap required if your phone detects a crash.
Monitors every active job for stalled vehicles, off-route detours, temperature breaches, and inactivity. Pages ops on SEV-0 within 30 seconds.
Annual re-checks via Checkr. Continuous-monitoring add-on watches for new criminal records or license suspensions between annual checks.
Every vehicle carries an inspection certificate with a recorded expiration. Expired certs auto-suspend dispatch.
Riders and drivers see each other's first name, photo, and vehicle plate. Riders can share a one-tap track link with up to 3 contacts.
Riders get a tamper-evident receipt of the route taken, the time spent, and the driver who drove it. The receipt is the proof.
Reporting a safety issue
01 — Right now, in the app
The SOS button in the top right of every active-trip screen contacts emergency services and our SEV-0 on-call simultaneously.
02 — After the trip
Open Concierge and say 'Report a safety issue.' Concierge escalates to the Safety Agent, which can suspend the involved driver in under 60 seconds while ops reviews.
03 — Outside the app
safety@l1fe.ai — monitored 24/7 by an on-call human. PGP key on request.
We commit to the same protections we offer riders, plus: voice-first Co-pilot so the driver's eyes stay on the road, unaccepted-ride trip-end recording, and a 24/7 dispatcher who answers in under 10 minutes during a shift. Pay is signed + payable within seconds of delivery — there is no "ghosted payout" possibility.
Annual safety report
We publish an annual safety report covering reported incidents, response-time medians, and the chaos drills we ran that year. The first report drops at the close of our first full calendar year of operations.
